decent stay, some issues

convenient location restaurant options friendly staff warm room thermostat issue screwed window

The location was quite convenient for exploring. i found many restaurants nearby and subway access was only a few minutes away. all staff were very friendly. They were cute and ready to assist whenever needed.

my room became uncomfortably warm, i could not adjust the temperature myself. i reported this several times to the front desk, requesting a fan, it never arrived. the window was screwed shut, which prevented fresh air from entering the room. this caused a constant headache.

excellent stay!

subway stop room size great bathtub

The location is really convenient. it is next to a subway stop, so getting around was easy. the room, a queen room, was spotlessly clean and of a very good size. i especially liked the bathtub with a shower. It was a great addition.

ideal location friendly staff modern decor complimentary coffee

the location was ideal for exploring local spots (and the subway was nearby). the staff seemed very friendly and efficient, especially at breakfast. the room had a modern decor and a comfortable bed. i found the complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby a great plus.

the room was a bit smaller than i expected, though it still met my basic needs.

Really good Stay with Attentive Staff

friendly staff convenient access

The staff was friendly and always ready to assist. I found the location excellent with convenient access to subway lines (it made exploring the area very easy). My room was clean and well-equipped. I also appreciated the availability of luggage storage both before check-in and after check-out.

warm room screwed window

the breakfast included a wide selection of food, a significant improvement compared to the typical bagel and coffee.

I found the room excessively warm. I could not adjust the temperature from inside it. i complained multiple times at the front desk, but the promised fan never arrived. the window was screwed shut, i had no access to fresh air, causing a constant headache.
